FRAME OPTIONS:
You get your choice of the below super-awesome frames.
These frames are a hefty 1.5" wide, and are very cool and very unique.
They're also made with quality wood and sturdy finishing.
(What happened to the color-striped frames? ...see note at bottom of page)
MATTING:
You get your choice of two mats (all conservation quality) with a 2.5" matting border.
I will personally call each and every one of you to discuss matting options.
To make it easy, you can choose two colors in the print, and we'll choose the closest color mats, or .you can choose matting colors from one of our past framed posters that is on the board. Or if you ask I'll be glad to choose the matting colors for you! ....I'm pretty good at it after 25 years framing experience.
OK - We were asked about tickets with the posters.
Extra openings for tickets take a lot more time and require
larger matting so here's how we're gonna do that:
If you want to add 3 tickets/wristbands under the poster, add the next-size-up fee
(see below Poster Size Restriction)
and then add $38
If you want to add 2 tickets / wristbands under the poster, add the next size up fee
and then add $34
If you want to add 1 ticket / wristband under the poster, add the next size up fee
and then add $30
Tickets and wristbands will be "floated" on the second color, and the opening will be in the first color.
Tickets will be held in place with clear plastic "photo corners" which means the ticket is removable if you ever want it back to it's original state. The wristbands will need to have a little amount of glue attached to hold it in place. Those who don't want their wristband to be held in place with glue, let me know. We can sew-mount it down, which would make it removable but that would cost a bit more.
*Note: Adding multiple openings is a monkeywrench in how we are doing the other frames,
so the trade-off is that they will be delivered after the "normal" ones are finished.
GLASS
Your print will be protected by TruVue brand Conservation Glass (99% UV protection).
(Conservation Glass looks like regular glass, but has a clear UV film)
Museum Glass Upgrade Option.
Posters up to 19x25: Add $95 per piece
Posters larger than 19x25, up to 19x31: Add $122 per piece
Posters larger than 19x31, up to 27x35: Add $168 per piece
(Museum Glass has a much lower reflection than Conservation Glass - but both glasses have UV film)
**Please note: IF you are planning on using a black light, Conservation Glass and Museum Glass will prevent your
poster from glowing. So, if you're using a black light, let me know and we'll find a glass which will allow it to glow.
PRICE
The normal price (real price, not inflated like big-box stores) that we charge for the above frames are over $300.
We negotiated a gigantic discount with our supplier for this special,
on these really cool frame styles because we anticipate a lot of people participating.
Normally when we do this special, we have tiered pricing,
and the price goes lower the more orders we get because we get breaks
from our suppliers on frame material based on quantity.
This time.... since I'm running so late on starting this.... We're just going to start at the lowest price!
(this will save time to get orders started quicker)
Each frame = $
(plus shipping / packaging)
So, whether you have 1 poster or 20 posters to frame you will all benefit from the group discount.
POSTER SIZE RESTRICTIONS
The poster sizes that can participate at the above special rate are sizes 19" x 25" and smaller.
(see below for sizes larger)
Note: Posters like Washington DC '03 (boy's face) which have a lot of excess, plain space around the image may work in the first size, even though the poster is technically 20"x 26". The maximum opening of the mat will be 19" x 25" or smaller. If your poster is bigger than 19" x 25", but you are ok with the mat opening being 19" x 25" (like the Washington DC '03, which looks fine covered), then that poster over the 19x25 size IS eligible for this special price.
Posters larger than 19" x 25", up to 19" x 31": Add $22 to price
*note: shipping and packaging will be more expensive than the estimates above.
Posters larger than 19" x 31", up to 27" x 35": Add $69 to price

SELF FIT OPTION:
Wanna save a few bucks?
Do you want to fit your poster into the frame yourself, at home?
No problem! Choose the "Self Fit" option to save an extra 10% on each frame.
We will rely on your measurements to make the matting opening. We have a youtube
video showing you how to fit the posters at home.
*Note - We have notes about mat colors saved from almost all previously framed posters.

PACKAGING
Each box fits up to two frames.
It costs us $25 to have a shipping store provide box/peanuts/crating and about
the same for us to pack them, so we have to pass the packaging cost on to you.
**If you order 2 or more frames, WE will pay for the PACKAGING**
SHIPPING
Shipping is unique for each board member. Some of you live in Seattle. Some live in the NY/NJ area. Shipping prices vary based on where you are... so here's a few sample shipping costs from the last special I did.
SHIPPING GROUND ESTIMATES:
-with minimum of $100 worth of insurance-
(extra insurance available for about $2 per $100 covered)
(posters larger than 19x25 will cost more to ship because of larger boxes)

DELIVERY TIME FRAME
Given that it is now already December, and the frame style just came back in-stock (and because we're already busy with our walk-in customer's framing for Christmas) we are looking at finishing this group between January and February.
Those who can wait until sometime later in February, please write "FEBRUARY OK"
on the top of the order.
Note: Frames requiring multiple opening mats will take longer. Thank you for understanding!

FINE PRINT:
All posters with a "paper size" of 19"x25" and under are eligible for this group package.
This should accommodate most of the Pearl Jam concert posters.
All double matting will be made 2.5", and does not include specialty cuts or secondary windows.
For those who prefer Non-Glare glass (hazy reflection - not to be confused with Museum Glass)
we will be glad swap that in instead of the Conservation Glass at no charge.
We need your posters in our hands no later than DEC 28th, and enclose a check to
West End Gallery for the framing total. If you prefer to pay by credit card, you can
fill out the credit card form that is above in the Order Form section.

*Color striped frame note: We were running into issues with the finish on the last PJ Poster Framing Special, as we would get it from the manufacturer with minor scratches... so we decided to upgrade to these more expensive frames for the same price. If you really want a color striped frame, we can still get it, but please note it may have some scuffs that are beyond our control. ...but consider the above frames. They're really, really sweet.
